Trillium CLT is excited to announce that we have been accepted into the Community Land Trust Training program held by Enterprise Community Partners.
This training program provides a year of professional development classes and office hours with experts in the CLT and housing development field. Marissa Codey, Chris Brown, and Michelle Tullo from the Trillium Working Group will attend sessions to deepen knowledge in topics like development finance, best practices for fostering resident and community stewardship in CLTs, and organizational structures of CLTs.
Thirteen CLT groups were accepted into the training program. Of these, Trillium is the only CLT representing a rural area. We are excited to be learning from others who have been working in this field.
