Our working group has been formally incorporated as Trillium CLT, as recognized by the New York Department of State. We thank the Albany Law Clinic, which provided support in submitting our application for incorporation.
Incorporating is an important step in becoming a 501(c)(3) organization that can own and dispose of land and receive funds. In 2024 we will take those next steps, along with forming our first Board.
